Service Plus (serviceonline.bihar.gov.in) के माध्यम से आवासीय / जाति / आय और आचरण प्रमाण-पत्र के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें ?

• serviceonline.bihar.gov.in वेबसाइट पर जाना ।
• अगर आवेदक नये User हैं, तो “Register Yourself से Login-ID एवं Password बनाना ।
• वेबसाइट के Left Menu से संबंधित विभाग की वांछित Service पर Click कर लॉगिन (Login) करना ।
• Left Menu से “Apply for Service पर Click करना | आवेदन फॉर्म को ध्यान से भरना, Webcam या File Browser से अपना फोटो अपलोड करना, आवश्यक सुधार करना एवं [Save Draft] करना ।
• (a) सेवा विशेष के लिए आधार नंबर मांगे जाने पर आवेदक के आधार में पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP भेज कर सत्यापन कराया जाना, या (b) भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा स्वीकृत 12 पहचान पत्रों में से कोई एक upload करना ।
• सेवा विशेष के लिए मांगे जाने पर जरुरी अनुलग्नकों (Annexures) को [Attach] करना ।
• आवेदन फॉर्म एवं Annexure List को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ना एवं आवश्यक सुधार करना ।
• आवेदन को [ Submit] कर अपना पावती (Acknowledgement) डाउनलोड / प्रिंट करना ।
• प्रमाण-पत्र (Certificate) बन जाने के पश्चात आवेदक के Inbox में उपलब्ध हो जाना, जिसे आवेदक द्वारा वेबसाइट पर Login करके डाउनलोड / प्रिंट करना ।
